Sure Success Canada provides expert-led MCCQE Preparation Course (Formerly known as MCCQE1 Preparation) and NAC OSCE Preparation course for Canadian medical licensing exams. We offer live online via Zoom and in-person training in Mississauga for International Medical Graduates (IMGs) preparing to practice medicine in Canada. Our MCCQE1 Preparation Course and NAC-OSCE Prep courses are designed for IMGs across Canada and internationally, combining interactive lectures, high-yield clinical scenarios, and structured exam strategies. Students can attend in person or join live online classes from anywhere in the world.
All MCCQE1 Preparation Course and NAC-OSCE Prep courses are taught by licensed physicians with firsthand experience in Canadian medical licensing exams. Small-group sessions with standardized patients help candidates build confidence in communication, clinical reasoning, and exam performance.

We are pleased to announce the beginning of our upcoming USMLE-1 Crash Course. Our USMLE-1 Crash Course is a 10-week program with 4 classes per week, including a Mock Test on Fridays. As always, you can check out a FREE Trial class before deciding to enroll. The USMLE Step 1 exam assesses your understanding of key concepts related to the basic science of medicine and its application to clinical practice, with special emphasis on principles and mechanisms underlying diseases and modes of therapy. Are your classes online or in-person?
All classes are simulcast live, meaning you can attend in-person at our Mississauga campus or online via Zoom from all over Canada as well as overseas. Both groups participate in the same live interactive session with the instructor.
Can I attend a trial class before enrolling?
Yes. We do offer a free trial class. This allows you to experience the teaching style and course structure before enrolling.
Do you offer courses in both English and French?
Yes. We have totally separate English and French (Français) classes for both MCCQE(EACMC-1) and NAC-OSCE (CNE).
Our lecture slides, materials, and mock tests, Sure Success Question Bank® are available in both English and French (Français).
How long is the MCCQE-1 preparation course?
Our MCCQE-1 course runs continuously and offers two schedules:
10-12-week intensive program (6 classes + 2 tests per week Morning & Evening sessions)
20-22 week program (3 classes + 1 test per week; either Morning or Evening Group)
Since the program runs continuously, there is no fixed start date, and you may join at any time.
Do the morning and evening groups cover the same topics?
No, each group has its own topics.
What does the MCCQE-1 course include?

Are classes recorded?
Classes are primarily live and interactive.
If you miss a class, a recording of that session may be provided upon request, subject to certain restrictions.
What time are the classes?
Classes are offered in both morning and evening groups. Please CONTACT our front desk for more information about schedules.
Do you provide mock exams?
Yes. Participants take weekly MCCQE-1 mock tests, designed to simulate the exam environment and improve exam strategy.
Do you offer a Question Bank for MCCQE-1 preparation?
Yes. Students enrolled in the MCCQE-1 course receive access to the Sure Success Question Bank®, which contains exam-style practice questions designed to reflect the format and difficulty of the MCCQE-1 exam.
The Question Bank allows candidates to practice clinical reasoning and test-taking strategies.
Is the Sure Success Question Bank® available in French?
Yes. The Sure Success Question Bank® is available in both English and French.
This allows candidates preparing for EACMC-1 (MCCQE-1 in French) to practice with questions and explanations entirely in Français.
What does the Question Bank include?
The Question Bank includes:
Exam-style multiple-choice questions
Detailed explanations for correct and incorrect answers
Questions and answers are based on current Canadian medical guidelines
Practice tests available in Test mode as well as Tutor mode
Content available in both English and Français
Can I purchase Sure Success Question Bank® only?
The QBank is included as part of the MCCQE-1 preparation course and is available to registered students during their course access period.
Has the MCCQE-1 exam format changed?
Yes. Starting April 2025, the Clinical Decision Making (CDM) component will no longer be part of the MCCQE-1 exam, and our course materials have been updated accordingly.
What is the cost of the MCCQE-1 course?
The fee for the entire MCCQE-1 preparation course is:
$1,999 CAD + tax
This includes all lectures, materials, QBank access, and mock tests.

Do you offer MCCQE-1 and NAC-OSCE courses in French?
Yes. Sure Success Canada now offers separate preparation courses in French for both the MCCQE-1 (EACMC-1) and the NAC-OSCE examinations.
These courses are designed specifically for candidates who prefer to study and practice medicine entirely in French.
Are the French courses separate from the English classes?
Yes. The French courses are conducted separately and taught by French speaking instructors, allowing candidates to study, ask questions, and practice exam scenarios entirely in French (Français).
This helps students become comfortable with the medical terminology and communication required for practice in Francophone environments in Canada.
What is the MCCQE-1 called in French?
The MCCQE-1 exam is known in French as:
EACMC-1 (Examen d’aptitude du Conseil médical du Canada – Partie 1).
Our French course prepares candidates specifically for this exam.

Yes. Mock tests are offered in Français so candidates can practice answering exam-style questions in the same language as their exam. Sure Success Question Bank® is also available in French (Français).
Can I get a refund after registering?
